May 25, 1921 - January 24, 2009

HAROLD SIMSON WOODMAN passed away January 24, 2009 at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital after a difficult struggle with congestive heart failure and sepsis.

Harold is survived by his sons, Ian (Diana) Woodman of Lethbridge and Bruce (Suzanne) Woodman of Tofield, Alberta, as well as by grandchildren Jeff (Michelle) Woodman of Coaldale, Chelsea Woodman of Calgary, Jessica (Steve) Thompson of Calgary, Jason (Melissa) MacDonald of Edmonton, Rebecca (Anthony) Holgate of Vulcan, and Nolan Phillips of Lethbridge; great-grandchildren Olivia, Cassandra, and Leanne MacDonald of Edmonton; step-children Denton See of Tucson AZ, Bob (Arlene) See of Richfield MN, Barbara (Tom) Dolney of Harrisburg VA, and Deb Malone of Mendota Heights MN, as well as step-grandchildren Dawn (Eric) Johnson of Plymouth MN, Matt (Fran) See of Plymouth MN, Craig (Carrey) See of Plymouth MN, James See of Richfield MN, Michelle (David) Wolfe of Redwood City CA, Scott (Rebecca) Dolny of Harrisburg VA, Alyssa Dolny of Harrisburg VA, and Caitlin and Laura Malone of Mendota Heights MN, and numerous special and step great-grandchildren including Malcolm and Isaac Ng of Lethbridge.
Harold is also survived by his brother Ross (Marion) Woodman of London ON and Cathy Aitken of Victoria BC as well as his wonderful church families at First Baptist Church of Lethbridge and Northmount Baptist Church of Calgary.

Harold was predeceased by his wives Beryle (1987) and Phyllis (2004), son Lloyd (1971), and grandson Keith (1994), as well as by his parents Harold and Mary Woodman, stepmothers Lucy and Yvorne Woodman, and two brothers, Gordon (Lee) Woodman and Paul (Jean) Woodman.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 30, 2009 at FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, 1614 - 5 Ave South, Lethbridge, with Dr. Bruce Martin officiating.
