Catherine Walker, of Lethbridge, beloved partner to Kelly Klimchuk, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, at the age of 45 years.

She is survived by her partner Kelly; her children Seth White Cow, Aowyn White Cow, and Corina White Cow; her Kuya (Brother) Richard Delgado; as well as her close Aunties and Uncles.

Catherine was born in Northern Philippines on August 9, 1980, in Caridad, Antique. Orphaned at birth and cared for by family and friends, Catherine’s story began. At around the age of nine years, Catherine was fostered by a Canadian entrepreneur who brought her on many journeys across the world. She thrived in Switzerland, Massachusetts, Creston BC, Prelate SK, and eventually laid down roots in Pincher Creek, Alberta.

Catherine started her own family and eventually settled into her forever home in Lethbridge where she worked in childcare. She was passionate about her career and truly adored the children she cared for.

Throughout life, Catherine travelled lightly, with an abundance of gentleness, kindness, understanding, and acceptance which she shared with others every step of the way. Her only act of ferocity was in how she loved.

Catherine’s favorite things included pineapple, glitter, musicals, period dramas, hallmark Christmas movies, and above all, she cherished moments when we were all together as a family.

Catherine was predeceased by her mother Editha Delgado.

For those who wish to pay their respects, a Visitation will be held at 6PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 St. S, Lethbridge, AB.

A Celebration of Catherine’s Life will be held from 2PM - 6PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at THE NEST (HONKERS PUB), 2806 5 Ave. N, Lethbridge, AB. Guests are invited to dress casually if attending.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the team at the Jack Addy Cancer Clinic for their compassion while Catherine was in their care.

Flowers are graciously declined. However, those who wish, may offer gifts in kind to Catherine’s children during this difficult time.
