Elsa Anna, born on April 14, 1931 in Austria, beloved wife of the late Walter Jan, passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Care Centre on November 10, 2015.
Elsa immigrated to Canada from Austria in 1957 with her five children to join her husband Walter and begin a new life.
She is survived by her five children; Anne (Don), Leo (Debbie), Lynn (David), Herb (Lydia) and Roswitha; nine grandchildren Sherry (Dave), Christy (Carey), Rodney, Jason (Jennifer), Noella, Darlene, Nicole, Chris and Jonny; five great-grandchildren Cassena, Jordan, Dakota, Thomas and Rianna, as well as numerous family and friends in Austria. She will be missed.
A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
