MR BRUCE SCHWEIGERT of Lethbridge, beloved companion to Carol Ann McLean, passed away on Wednesday October 6, 2010 at the age of 63 years.

Bruce was born in Maple Creek, SK and was raised and educated in New Dayton, AB. He graduated from the Warner High school, later attending SAIT where he received his Inter-Provincial mechanics license. He worked at Beny Chev Olds Cadillac for several years, specializing in air-conditioned vehicles; one of the first to be certified to do so. He later worked at Enersons for several years, Spotlight Esso, and most recently Canadian Tire until his health brought on early retirement. He has resided in Lethbridge until the time of his passing.

Besides his loving partner Carol Ann, Bruce is survived by his three children Shaela Goff (Allan Gukert) of Red Deer, Denice Schweigert of Lethbridge and Renae Pocock of Lethbridge; as well as his loving granddaughter Makaila of Lethbridge. Bruce is also survived by one sister Chris (Don) Gundlock of Mayerthorpe, AB and a brother Stewart (Gwen) Schweigert of Raymond, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and their families.

A Committal Service will be held on Wednesday October 13, 2010 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery.
