ARTHUR ""ART"" RONNE JR. of Coaldale, beloved husband of Pat, passed away suddenly in Montana, Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the age of 75 years.

Art was born on January 17, 1936, the first son of Arthur and Martha Ronne in Oberhausen, Germany. In 1953 he and his family immigrated to Canada and settled in the Coaldale area.

He worked in Agriculture Fuel Sales in the Southern Alberta area for most of his career. His first love was spending time with family. He and Pat enjoyed their retirement together sailing and travelling across Canada, USA and Mexico.

Art is survived by his loving wife, Pat, of 52 years; his daughter Kelly (John) Bezooyen; son Darren (Dawn) Ronne; grandchildren Christopher (Andrea) Bezooyen, Jeffrey (Kori) Bezooyen, Tyler Bezooyen (Beth Janzen), Chantal Bezooyen, Stephanie Bezooyen, Jade Ronne and Kelsey Ronne; brother Fred (Maria) Ronne; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, sisters and brother-in-laws and their families.

Art was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Martha Ronne.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects between 7:00pm and 8:00pm on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 Street South, Lethbridge.

A Service of Celebration will be held at 11:00am on Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 20 Rocky Mountain Blvd West, Lethbridge, with Pastor Nathan Fuehrer officiating. A private interment will take place at the Coaldale Community Cemetery prior to the service.
