MRS. MARGARET LUCILLE ""PEG"" RAMAGE of Lethbridge passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre on Tuesday, November 24, 2009.
She was born on June 28, 1933 in Saskatoon, SK to her parents William and Irene Pryor. Peg was the youngest of six girls.
She was predeceased by her parents William and Irene Pryor, her sister Phyllis (Walter) Cox of Toronto, ON, her sister Fanetta ""Nan"" (Boyd) Nesbit of Saskatoon, SK, her sister Gwen (Peter) Barteluk of New Westminster, BC, brother-in-law Jack Coghlan of Saskatoon, SK, brother-in-law Bill Henley of Calgary, AB, and nephew Tom Coghlan of Saskatoon, SK.
Peg is survived by her family - husband of 51 years Oliver ""Ollie"" of Lethbridge, her son Gary (Pam) of Watford City, ND, son Ken of Lethbridge, daughter Susan Gaetz (Curt Pierson) of Lethbridge, and Randy Gaetz of Lethbridge, along with her grandchildren; Christie Gaetz, Carlee Gaetz, Kennedy Gaetz, Emily Ramage, Ted Ramage, Kaley Ramage, and Porter Pierson. She is also survived by her sister Pat Coghlan of Saskatoon, SK, her sister Donna Henley of Calgary, AB, along with many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Peg was raised and attended school in Saskatoon, playing basketball with the Adilman Aces, curling in Womens and Mixed Bonspiels all around the country, and following her long time passion for golf. Peg was active in Alberta golf. She was Director of Course Rating for the Alberta Ladies Golf Association from its inception, and was Co-director upon amalgamation of the Men's and Ladies' Associations. She was a longtime member of the Lethbridge Country Club and was a volunteer for many tournaments and committees. Peg will be missed by the ""Friday afternoon Girls"" and all those who knew her.
Peg lived with her family in Saskatoon, SK, Saint John, NB, and Lethbridge. She spent summers at Waskesiu and enjoyed camping and family vacations. She spent winters in Morro Bay, CA and Palm Springs, CA where she had many friends.
In life Peg was a devoted wife and mother. She lived life to the fullest with few regrets. Her proudest accomplishment was her family, who she loved without reservation. Goodbye to our wife, mother, grandmother and friend. You will be in our hearts forever.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM, on Saturday, November 28, 2009, at the ST. AUGUSTINE'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, 411 - 11 St., S., Lethbridge, AB, with Canon James Robinson, officiating.
Following the Funeral Service, friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Peg's life, which will take place at the Lethbridge Country Club from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
