Mr. Harold Nishikawa of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Audrey Nishikawa, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2013 at the age of 79 years.
Besides his loving wife Audrey, Harold is survived by his one daughter Jo-Ann (Carey) Shigemi; his one son Donald (Leona) Nishikawa; his three grandchildren Zak Shigemi, Riley and Erin Nishikawa; his three sisters Lil Kitaguchi, Martha Hayashi, and Sadie Hirotsu and sister-in-law May Nishikawa; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
Harold was predeceased by his parents Sadajiro and Harue Nishikawa; his brother Susumu Nishikawa and his sister Rosie Kitaguchi.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at the FIRST UNITED CHURCH, 502 13 Street North, Lethbridge with Reverend Aldeen McKay officiating.
Flowers and Koden are gratefully declined. Those who wish may make memorial donations to The Southern Alberta Japanese United Church, 821 9th Avenue North, Lethbridge, AB T1H 1E8 or any charitable organization of your choice.
