MR. CHARLES R. ""DICK"" KIRKPATRICK passed away at his home in Coalhurst on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at the age of 74 years.
Dick was born in Saint John, NB to Earl and Gertrude (Randles) Kirkpatrick, making his home in Alberta in 1970. He enjoyed his life and was always on the go.
He will be well remembered by his children Patty (Michael) Paddock of Petitodiac, NB, Diane (Paul) Elliott of Saint John, NB, Chuck (Linda) Kirkpatrick of Powell River, BC, Starlene (Buddy) Ritchie of Shaughnessy, AB, Gloria Kirkpatrick of Powell River, BC; aunts Marion Kirkpatrick and Ethel Carter; brothers Robert (Molly) Moncton, NB Cecil (Patsy) Saint John, NB; sister Gloria (Malcolm) Seeley Powell River, BC; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; five step-grandchildren and their children.
Respecting Dad's wishes there will be no viewing or services. Those wishing to reminisce with the family are welcome to join them at the COALHURST LEGION, between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on Thursday, January 31, 2008.
Flowers are gratefully declined; those who wish may make memorial donations to a charity of one's choice.
