Gary Kenna, beloved husband of Token Kenna and loving father of Karli and Kimberli Kenna, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 1, 2016 at the age of 60.
Gary was born in Lethbridge, Alberta. He was an accomplished Canadian champion archer holding numerous distance records in his category, as well a coach/mentor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, pool, golf, and poker along with a multitude of hobbies in his beloved garage!
He was predeceased by his father Frank Kenna, survived by his mother Phyllis Kenna and siblings Margaret Jensen, Wayne (Kim) Kenna, Dennis Kenna, Joyce (Greg) Paulson, Irene (Wayne) Zaretski, Lorraine Hyland, Jim Kenna and Darryl (Sherry) Kenna.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00pm - 4:00pm on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the COAST HOTEL with family words at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, Box 2211, Lethbridge, AB, T1J 4K7, or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 204-2323 32nd Ave NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 6Z3, in memory of Gary Kenna.
