On Friday, June 16, 2023, our mom, Laura Caroline (Potvin) Johnson passed away at Edith Cavell Care Centre at the age of 90 years. She left to be with her long time love, husband Frank Johnson.
Mom had a kind and loving heart. She loved sewing and made many aprons and doll clothes.
Laura is survived by her daughter Lori (Mike) Yeomans and son Tim (Kimberly); grandchildren and greatgrandchildren Kayla Yeomans, Everett (Brittani, Trixie and Anthony), Riley (Zaryn, Navy), Noelle (Scott); and step granddaughter Krystal (Liam and Brycen).
She was predeceased by her parents Romeo and Millie Potvin, sister Eva Wilson; brothers Robert and Arthur Potvin.
Thank you to Dr. C. Walsh and Edith Cavell staff for caring for our mom.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
