Mary Hubbard, beloved wife of the late Alfred Hubbard, passed away in Lethbridge on Monday, July 18, 2016 at the age of 93 years.

Mom is lovingly remembered by her daughter Linda Kwan (Fred, deceased) and her sons Peter (Ashley) and children Nathaniel and Elizabeth; David (Kristin) and daughter Mei; her two sons Ken (Doris) and their children John (Lisa) and sons Benjamin and Jordan; Adam (Kara) and children Ava and James; and Philip (Annette) and daughter Carissa.

Mary was born December 24, 1922 in Shafton, England and moved to Lethbridge in 1948 after meeting Alfred during WW11. They were married May 11, 1949 and established their lives on a farm in West Lethbridge. Mary was an active partner on the farm and an involved mother. She was also an avid gardener and loved collecting “royalty” memorabilia, dolls and stamps.

Mary was an active member of the Lethbridge Seventh Day Adventist Church and served in several capacities until her later years.

The family would like to thank the Chinook Regional Hospital Health Care Team of Floor 4B for their care and compassion during her stay at the hospital.

A PRIVATE family viewing will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, July 24, 2016.

A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00pm on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the LETHBRIDGE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH, 2606 -16th Ave. S. Lethbridge, AB, with Pastor Mike Lemon officiating.
