Mr. Stanley “Stan” Forczek of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Sylvia Forczek, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the age of 89 years.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL,610-4 St. S., Lethbridge, AB.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, November 18, 2016 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL with Pastor Lorne Willms officiating. Interment to follow at ARCHMOUNT CEMETERY.
