Robert Edwin Elliott

October 3, 1922 ~ January 20, 2017

Robert (Bob) Elliott, beloved husband of Gladys Elliott, passed away peacefully on Friday January 20, 2017 at the Chinook Regional Hospital.

Bob served with the Anti Tank Regiment in U.K. Continental Europe; he was a member and Past Master of the Masonic Lodge; he was longstanding member of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Bob will be sadly missed by his wife, Gladys, of 69 years and their children Wendy (Art) Houghton of Pembrook, Ontario; Les (Shirley) Elliott of Calgary, Alberta; Lynn (Jerry Ball) Elliott of Lethbridge; and Heather (Jerry) Lukey of Enchant, Alberta; sister-law Kaye Smid of Calgary, Alberta; 14 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob was predeceased by his parents George and Mary Elliott and his 4 sisters and 3 brothers, leaving him the last of his immediate family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 Street South, Lethbridge, AB with Reverend Eva Stanley officiating.
