Throughout his life, Fred was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and rejoiced when he could help one of his children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren with anything they might need. Fred retired in the 1970's after a long and dedicated career of working for the Canadian Pacific Railway. His grandchildren loved to hear his stories of when he worked ""on the rails"". He also worked many hours with his brother Art at Dorigatti Construction. He was a respected lifelong member of the Lethbridge community and was very proud to be a member of All Saints Parish, a founding member of the St. Pat's Knights of Columbus (Council #10547) and a member of the Italian Canadian Club and B.P.O.Elks. Also very important to Fred were his coffee buddies and the Saturday morning breakfast group.
