Mr. Darcy Bitz of Fort Macleod passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 15, 2018
at the age of 56 years.
Darcy was born to parents Ruby and Arthur Bitz in Calgary, Alberta on May 14, 1962. He attended school in Calgary, then later moved to Fort Macleod, Alberta. He enjoyed the outdoors, and loved to go camping, fishing and hiking. He also loved to play his guitar and write his own songs.
Darcy is survived by 3 brothers; Len, Gary, and Brian Bitz, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
Darcy was predeceased by his parents; Ruby and Arthur Bitz, grandparents; Gramma and Grandpa Bits, and Gramma and Grandpa Stevensen.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM, on Monday, January 7, 2019 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610- 4 STREET SOUTH, Lethbridge, AB.
