MR. FRANK BALINSKI of Hope, beloved husband of Mrs. Marian Balinski, passed away at the Surrey Memorial Hospital on Friday, February 8, 2013 at the age of 83 years. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Friday, February 15th, 2013 at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 671 Water Avenue, Hope, BC, with Father Gordon Cook, celebrant. Burial will follow.
