Frank V. Vaclav

Mr. Frank V. Vaclav Jr. of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family after a very short battle with cancer, at Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at the age of 60 years.

Frank was born on November 15, 1962 in Lethbridge, Alberta to Frank and Albina Vaclav. They resided in the Nobleford area, Frank and his sister Deb attended Noble Central School for all of their childhood. Frank loved being a truck driver and drove for Randa Transport for 25 years. Through his work experience, he made great friendships with all that he crossed paths with. Frank was an avid golfer at Lee Creek in Cardston, he loved the outdoors and specifically fishing and camping. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, loved experimenting with his smoker and barbecue, always creating new dishes that he loved to share.

Besides his loving mother Albina, Frank is survived by his sister Deb (Dion) Roth; niece and nephew Kali and Riley Roth; cousin “brother” Gary Randa, cousin “golfing buddy” Troy Hirsche as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous friends and co-workers.

Frank was pre-deceased by his father Frank Vaclav Sr.

Family and friends are invited to a come and go gathering in Frank’s honor from 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at RANDA TRANSPORT 711 – 30 Street North, Lethbridge, Alberta. To be noted, a special tribute for Frank will be said at 2:00 pm.

Cremation entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapels.

Frank will be laid to rest with his father Frank Sr. at a later date in the Mountain View Cemetery.
