Cecile Haraga

 Mrs. Cecile Lois Haraga (Monteith) of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at Fairmont Extendicare on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the age of 91 years.

Cecile was born on March 26, 1932, in Regina Saskatchewan. She graduated from the St. Joan of Arc Academy High School in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, then pursued her nursing degree at the Regina Gray Nuns Hospital School of Nursing in 1953.

Cecile was a good mother and grandmother, loved her family and spending quality time with them. She also had a passion for her kitties.

Cecile is survived by her sons Brent (Helen) Monteith and Dwayne (Yvette) Monteith. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Merrin, Ross, Jordan, Lindsay, Brittany, Tyler, Ali; and great grandchildren Hailey, Oakley and Paisley.

She was predeceased by her son Greg Monteith; and daughters Lisa Gault and Colleen Doubinin.

Cecile’s family with be honouring her memory by having a private Celebration of Life.
