Mr. Wladyslaw “Walter” Kortt of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Anna Kortt, passed away at home on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the age of 90 years.

Walter is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Anna Kortt; children: Rick (Cathy) Kortt, Terri Warnock, Barb (Shawn) Adams, Dave (Michelle) Kortt, Marianne (Vic) Friesen; Grandchildren Robert Kortt, Melissa Kortt, Shane Warnock, Kaylee Warnock (Mike Voeller), Carson (Meg) Adams, Claire Adams, Gavin Kortt, Caleb Kortt, Gracie Friesen, Hope Friesen; Great granddaughters Rome Warnock and Navy Voeller; sister Helen Sadowski; numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Julianna Kortt; brother Gus Kortt; sister Lola Wnek; brother-in-law Ted Wnek; brother-in-law Peter Sadowski; granddaughter Caitlyn Warnock; and son-in-law Barry Warnock.

A Prayer Vigil will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610, 4 STREET SOUTH, Lethbridge, Alberta.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at ST. BASIL’S ROMAN CATHOLIC PARISH, 604 13 St N, Lethbridge with Father Kevin Tumback, celebrant.

Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
