Jordan Duncan

For the past nine years, Jordan has been a dedicated and meaningful part of the Martin Brothers team. A naturally compassionate and empathetic person, she finds immense reward in being able to support families through some of life’s most difficult moments. Her genuine care and understanding help guide the families she serves with comfort and grace. To Jordan, this work is about much more than just a career—it is family. Even on the most demanding days, she deeply values how the team comes together, supporting one another to provide the highest standard of care. Over the years, her experiences in this profession and the colleagues around her have helped shape her into the person she is today, reinforcing the importance of compassion, resilience, and caring for others both inside and outside the funeral home. Outside of work, Jordan’s family is everything to her, especially her daughter, Emerlee, who is her number one. She loves spending time with her husband and extended family, taking her dogs for walks, and relaxing by cooking and baking. Whether at work or at home, she cherishes the simple moments and believes in making lasting memories with the people she loves.
