Margaret Cyr

Mrs. Margaret Cyr of Lethbridge, beloved mother of Darren and Brad, has passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the age of 71 years.

Margaret Rose Cyr (Klusserits) was born in Medicine Hat, on January 17, 1952.  She is one of 5 children from Anne Thorne (Klusserits) and Joe Klusserits / Bob Thorne.  Anne's mother and father immigrated from Czechoslovakia to Canada after the second world war and settled in Medicine Hat, AB.

Marg's siblings are Richard, Janet, Judy and Ronnie.  Marg moved to Fort McLeod where her and Frank Cyr had 2 sons, Darren and Brad.  After moving to Lethbridge 42 years ago, Marg spent the rest of her days in Lethbridge where she passed away on May 9, 2023.

Marg was a very fun and loving mother and friend.  She enjoyed coffee, smokes, and playing cards.

A Come and Go Reception will be held at 1:30 pm, on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610, 4 STREET SOUTH, Lethbridge, Alberta.
