Jordan Cox

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Jordan. Mr. Jordan Vincent Bradley Cox passed away suddenly in Lethbridge on Sunday, August 23, 2020, at the tender age of 30 years.

Jordan was born August 22, 1990 in Lethbridge. He was a very accomplished young man who made all of us proud. He had kind and caring heart and it showed in the way he cared for his family and friends.  He always made sure his family was ok. Jordan loved the outdoors, camping, dirt biking, quading, fun times with friends, and being with his sons.  He received his education at Noble Central School, graduating in 2009.

Jordan is survived by his mom, Karen Mckay of Coalhurst; dad, Garry Cox of Lethbridge; 2 sons, Oakley (4) and Finnley (2) whom Jordan absolutely loved and adored with all of his heart; mother of his sons, Taylor; nanna, Ruth Mckay; Gramma Val Cox of Calgary; stepdad, Dave Beatty; uncle Vince Cox of Lethbridge; sister, Paige Blakley (Chris); brother, Chad Blakley; niece, Leah; nephew Liam; very special friend, Candace; friend for life, Lane; best friends, Caspian and Jessica and favorite little brother, Lee Heather, all of  Barons; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; as well as many close friends, as Jordan made friends everywhere he went.

He was predeceased by poppa Jim Mckay; gramma Diane David; grandpa, Harold Cox; and cousin, baby Claire.

For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to a mental health charity of one’s choice.

Please note the change of venue, Jordan’s Celebration of Life will now be held at 3:00PM, on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at #3, 5229 - 3 Street, Coalhurst, Alberta.

Cremation has been entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapel.
