Debby Anne Crowe of Lethbridge, beloved spouse to Duane Sommerfeldt, passed away peacefully in Shaughnessy, Alberta, on November 20, 2022, at the age of 55 years.
Debby was born on February 3, 1967 to George and Anne Crowe. She attended Wilson Junior High School and Lethbridge College. She worked many years at Imperial Optical, L.A. Optical, Bramen Furniture and RSSA. She will forever be known for her great taste in music. While she made a huge difference in this world with her strong willed, honest attitude and embraced the true meaning of family. Her family and her grandkids meant the world to her. Coloring was her favorite distraction skill.
Debby is survived by her spouse Duane Sommerfeldt; father George Crowe Sr.; 2 daughters Shawna (Stephen) Vandenberg and Jessica Sommerfeldt (Justin Araki); grandchildren Brody, Jase, Rylan, Winter and Gatlin; twin brother Darcy Crowe and older brother George Crowe Jr; Rosie Crowe who received recognition from the Queen herself for having the longest farm in Canada, Darrel Patterson, Gord Patterson, Veronica Patterson, Carol Patterson, Brenda and Jennifer of Calgary, Maryanne and Mitzy of Swift Current.
She is predeceased by her mother Anne Crowe; brothers Rick Crowe and Larry Crowe; uncles Harvey Crowe and Edward Crowe and auntie Susie Patterson.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the Archmount Cemetery, 2710 West Side Drive West, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Pastor Lloyd Khol officiating.
