Albert Wilson

With profound heartbreak the family of Albert Paul Wilson of Coleman, AB announce his sudden passing on Sunday, January 15, 2023, in Sparwood, BC.

Albert was born January 17, 1979, in Picture Butte, AB. Albert moved into Lethbridge in 1996 then later to the Crowsnest Pass where he settled in to raise his family with his love Candace.

Albert leaves behind his wife Candace; daughter Asia (Charles) Mabie; son Raiden Wilson and 2 grandsons Cloud and Abel; parents Ken and Anita Wilson; sister Hilda (Russ) Bohnet; brother Kenny Wilson; sister in law Crystal (Mike) Perry, Carrie Penny; brothers in law Billy Lampi, and Andrew Penney; nieces Cheyenne Bohnet, Destiny Wilson, Kimberly (Chris) Sigvaldason, Brianna Perry, Ashli Penney, Zoe Lampi, Kaylie Lampi, and nephews Nicholas Penney, Alex Penney, Tyler Lampi, and Mathew Lampi. Grandma Barb Wilson, Great nieces Cathy Perry and Ella-May Sigvaldason as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Albert has gone to join our loved ones including Nanny Hilda and Grandpa Paul Ganger, Grandpa George Wilson and in laws Bill and Roseanna Lampi and especially Bear his beloved dog.

The Wilson Family would like to express our Gratitude to Albert's coworkers, Sparwood Emergency response, Sparwood EMS and the Elk valley RCMP for the care of Albert during this time.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Friday, January 27, 2023, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta. With Pastor Al Robinson officiating. Interment to follow in the Royal View Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations into a trust fund being set up for Albert's grandsons Cloud and Abel.
