Ada Anderson

Ada Marlene Anderson of Lethbridge, and prior to that Picture Butte, has passed away at the age of 84 from cancer. Ada’s daughter Penny, son Hal and daughter-in-law Jackie were with her at the end of her life in Chinook Regional Hospital where all the doctors and nurses were amazing.

After a long career as a cook at a number of facilities, including Piyami Lodge in Picture Butte, Ada retired to Lethbridge and spent her last few years loving life at AgeCare Columbia where she made many new friends. To all who love Ada and will miss her, she loves you too.

Ada is survived by two sisters-in-law, Lillian and Alvina and several nieces and nephews. Ada also had many friends who were as good to her as she was to them.

Ada is predeceased by her husband Gordon; parents Viola and Hakon and brother Dale.

To honour Ada’s wishes her family will celebrate her life privately.
