MARSHAL ZENEBE of Lethbridge, beloved son of Jemila Mohamed and Alemseged Tefere, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at the age of 16 years.

Marshal was born in Khartoum, Sudan where he attended Sudanese school from grades 1 to 3. On June 21st, 2004, he and his family immigrated to Lethbridge where he attended Wilson Middle School and Winston Churchill High School. Marshal was proud to be living in Canada and every Monday he would put on his suit because he would be singing O Canada at school. Marshal enjoyed school so much that he would finish his homework before he would go home. He enjoyed camping with Streets Alive youth and twice a week attended their youth group, Epidemic. He also enjoyed helping his neighbors in looking after their yards, summer and winter. Marshal was a hard worker and brought a smile wherever he went. He was also a caring person who loved to make everyone happy.

Marshal is survived by his parents Jemila Mohamed and Alemseged Tefere, sisters Sofia, Marwa, Linda, Yodiet, brothers Biniam, Elia, Othman, Yonatan, and Yonas. He was predeceased by his brother Abil.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at the RIVER OF LIFE COMMUNITY CHURCH, 2820 18th Avenue North, Lethbridge, AB with Pastor Wayne Boersma officiating.
