William McCann

MR. WILLIAM ""BILL"" MCCANN of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Barbara McCann, and father of Erin, passed away at St. Michael's Health Centre on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the age of 66 years, after a long battle with COPD.

He is survived by his daughter Erin, brother Jim (Linda), sister Kathy (Chris) Morris, mother-in-law Nora Dewhirst, brother-in-law Gordon (Lynn) Dewhirst and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara.

Bill's request was to have his friends and family meet at POP'S PUB SOUTH, 1516 9th Avenue South, Lethbridge, for a farewell toast on Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Lung Association, Box 4500 Station Street, Edmonton, AB T6E 6K2, or to a charity of one's choice.
