Wayne Maxwell Worman
1937 ~ 2018
Mr. Wayne Maxwell Worman of Calgary, passed away at St. Michael’s Palliative Care Centre on Friday, April 27, 2018 at the age of 80 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Maureen; daughter, Lisa; son, Mark; grandsons, Robert, Liam and Quinn; brother, Lee Worman of Red Deer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Michael’s Health Centre Foundation, 1400 – 9 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta T1J 4V5.
Cremation entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapels. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the St. Michael’s Palliative Care staff for their loving care of our dear Wayne.
