HEATHER LYNN TURNER went to be with her savior on Friday, March 30, 2012 at the age of 53 years.

Heather leaves behind her mother Edna, sister Susan Rodriguez, niece Amber, brother Dave (April) Turner and family. She was predeceased by her dad Bill and brother Michael.

Heather was a very special person with a loving and spiritual soul who cherished life and animals. She had many pets that she would bring home to care for, a snake, a goose, horses, dogs, Oscar the crow, Peaches the parrot, just to have a few.

Heather grew up and went to school in Lethbridge and after graduating from LCI she attended the University of Lethbridge where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts. She furthered her education at the University of Calgary obtaining her Psychology degree and later graduating as a Chartered Psychologist.

Heather will be sadly missed by anyone who knew her, but most of all her mom who was also her best friend.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, 1614 - 5 Avenue South, Lethbridge, with Dr. Bruce Martin officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 317-10th St. S., Lethbridge, AB T1J 9Z9 or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Box 2211, Lethbridge, AB T1J 4K7 or of your choice.
