Terence Linitski

MR. TERENCE ""TERRY"" SHANE LINITSKI of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Melinda Linitski, passed away in a tragic unexpected accident while traveling on holidays in BC on Friday, August 3, 2007, at the age of 38 years.

Born on June 1, 1969 Terry grew up in Picture Butte. After school he apprenticed and sub-contracted as a Floor Installation Technician for the past 20 years. Terry loved his family and was very proud of them. He enjoyed wrestling around and playing ball with his kids. He also enjoyed riding his Harley and traveling with his family. ""Daddy is the best Barbequer!"" He loved listening to music, gardening, doing yard work and home renovation projects. He also had a love for real estate - always reading papers and working on his rentals. Terry had a beautiful smile and wonderful sense of humor. He had a gift for making others laugh and had a pet name for everyone.

Terry is survived by his loving wife Melinda; 7 year old daughter Grace Alexandra; 5 year old son Nikolai Stanley; mother Eva Linitski; sister Sharon Linitski; Lori (Yoshi) Tanabe and their children Jesse, Jenny and Tiffany; mother and father-in-law Delores and Phillip Gurr; brother-in-law Clayton (Jodi) Gurr and their sons Colten and Kyle; sister-in-law Yolanda (Lloyd) Feenstra and their sons Jared and Ethan. He is also survived by his 6 aunts, 3 uncles and several cousins and many, many friends.

Terry was predeceased by his father Stanley Linitski in 1999, 3 aunts, 2 uncles and a cousin.

His time was cut short far too soon but those that knew him also knew how he enjoyed life.

Vigil Rites (Prayers) will be held at 7:00PM on Friday, August 10, 2007 at MARTIN BROS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 Street South, Lethbridge.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, August 11, 2007 at ST. PATRICK'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 318 - 10 Street South, Lethbridge, with Father Tim Boyle celebrant. Interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
