TEAGAN MARIE LEEUWENBURGH of Lethbridge, beloved daughter of Dennis and Michelle Leeuwenburgh, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 12, 2009, just 11 days before her first birthday.

Little Teagan you will be so deeply missed by so many, no one will ever forget all the smiles and most of all, those beautiful bright blue eyes. They always were full of love and joy. We feel so blessed to have been your parents even though it was such a short time. In that time you touched so many lives without even realizing it. We truly have only wonderful memories of the past year and we will treasure them forever. Your life was short but you will be in our hearts for as long as we live. ~ Love Mom and Dad.

Besides her loving parents Dennis and Michelle, Teagan Marie is survived by her grandparents Peter and Fennie Heins, Jack and Sandra Leeuwenburgh; great-grandparents Gerarda Leeuwenburgh, Hendrika VandeBrink, Riek Van Driesten, Cornelia Heins; aunts and uncles Wes (Denise) Heins, Jackie (Clinton) Poelman, Cori (Erwin) Vanee, Doug (Melissa) Heins, Jessica Heins, Justin Heins, Jordan Heins, Lorissa, Jacinta, Charlyn, and Ailene Leeuwenburgh; as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Condolences will be held between 7:00pm and 8:00pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at NETHERLANDS REFORMED CHURCH OF LETHBRIDGE, RR8-28-11 Lethbridge.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the NETHERLANDS REFORMED CHURCH OF LETHBRIDGE, with Reverend C. Sonnevelt officiating. Interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
