Susie Regehr

Mrs. Susie Regehr of Coaldale, beloved wife of the late Mr. Isaac P. Regehr, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the age of 96 years.

Susie was born October 14, 1925 in the Ukraine to Peter and Susanna Penner. In 1948, she immigrated with her family to Canada, settling in Coaldale until her passing.

Susie is survived by her son Jake; daughter Elfrieda (Frank) Hubert; grandchildren Heather (Gerald) Peachey, Warren and Peter; great grandchildren Monika, Jakob, Zoe and Jessika; sisters Gertrude Loewen, Elizabeth Funk and brother Henry (Esther) Penner; sister-in-law Margaret Penner, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

Susie was predeceased by her husband Isaac; brother Peter; sisters Mary and Hilda; children Hilda and Abram; and granddaughter Amy.

We would like to thank the Sunny South Lodge in Coaldale for their loving care of mom for the past 9.5 years.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 STREET SOUTH, Lethbridge, Alberta.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, Lethbridge, Alberta, 610- 4 STREET SOUTH, Lethbridge, Alberta with Henry Penner and Henry Klassen, officiating.
