JULY 7, 1936 ~ JULY 21, 2007
MRS. SHIRLEY JUNE SALBERG passed away in Raymond on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at the age of 71 years. She was predeceased by her husband John Salberg, and parents Ray and Laura Johnson. She is lovingly survived by her son Warren (Anita), grandsons Travis (Kerby) and Shawn Salberg, as well as many dear friends and family.
Her family was the recipient of her unwavering love and support. We all knew she was there for us. If you wanted to see her smile, all you had to do was ask about her grandsons. Shirley was very proud of the deep friendships she had and was thankful for every moment she was able to spend with them. She will always be in her family and friends hearts. She loved to help others and enjoyed a banking career with the Bank of Montreal for over 33 years, progressing from teller to branch manager. She took great pride in being able to provide the best service possible for all of her customers and friends. Shirley loved her town and the people in it. She truly appreciated all of the encouragement, care and support over the past year while she was in the Raymond Long Term Care facility. Her passing opens a new door for her, back into the arms of her soul mate and husband. That smile will be back on her face and now we have them together again to help guide our way.
