Shane Thompson

We are sad to share that Shane Thompson of Lethbridge, passed away on March 6, 2022. He was the beloved son of Barb Thompson of Lethbridge, the late Garry Thompson, and younger brother of Troy (Tracey) Thompson of Lethbridge.

Growing up Shane enjoyed playing soccer, cheering on the Edmonton Oilers (like his family) and listening to and collecting music of all genres.

After high school, Shane attended the Lethbridge College and obtained his Commercial Cooking Certification. He was able to enjoy working at restaurants in both Calgary and Lethbridge. He continued to show off his cooking skills to his mother and brother even when he changed career paths. He was currently employed at Agropur as a milk receiver, a job he enjoyed. The last decade, Shane enjoyed taking up fishing with his brother creating many great memories and many great fish stories.

A private family interment will take place at a later date.
