Sandra (Sandi) Bellew

Sandra (Sandi) Bellew (formerly Smith) of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Palliative Care on November 5, 2015 at the age of 73 years, after a lengthy battle with lung cancer.

Sandi was born in Saskatoon, SK on January 3, 1942. She worked in the hotel / bar / restaurant industry for over 30 years in Calgary, AB, as well as Milk River, AB. She volunteered for the Chinook Health Region for 25 years and made many friends there. She was recognized for her hard work as an advocate for the handicapped and senior communities.

Her warm smile, laughter and support will be missed by many.

Sandi is survived by her daughters Deb Smith (Phil Wall), sons Bruce Smith (Nancy), Greg Smith, Darcy Smith (Chantelle) & Trevor Bellew; her grandchildren Bryce Smith, Cole Smith, Kennedy Smith and Andie Smith; her sister Linda; her brother Larry; as well as her best friends Glenna & Bernie, Shirley and Lyle.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, November 13, 2015 at the EAGLE’S HALL (lower level) 631 13 St N, Lethbridge, AB.
