Roy Holm

Dad was born in Gimli, Manitoba on the family farm on July 10, 1937, raised in an Icelandic speaking home to parents Adolf and Audur Holm and passed away in Lethbridge, Alberta on Saturday, March 1, 2014.

Dad was an avid reader, always seeking knowledge, loved animals and took pride in his garden and lawn.

Roy is survived by his son Brent Holm and his children Natasha (Her son Taymin), Tianna, Amber and Ryan; daughter Sandra (Mark) Stolte and their children Melissa, Emily, and Courtney; and daughter Sharon Holm and her child Heather; he is also survived by his sister Sylvia Simpson and brothers Oswald and Robert Holm.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
