RICHARD ""RICK"" ALLAN TIMOTHY BETTS, born September 4, 1975 in Calgary, Alberta, died suddenly late Wednesday, July 7, 2010.

Rick loved life! Every day was a new adventure and everyone from very young to those in their second childhood was quickly endeared to his heart. Rick was a true entrepreneur and he excelled at everything he put his hand to. His artistic flair was truly evident in many areas; but especially so in the many custom tattoo's he has done over the years.

Rick is survived by his loving daughter Domonique; step-son Scott; companion Levi Gagne; step-daughters Danika, Madison; mom Gloria (Harvey) Koetse; dad Laury (Johanna) Betts; brothers Chris (Stephanie), Gord (Cathy) and many extended family members, including aunts, uncles and cousins, and a very large circle of friends and bro's.

Rick was predeceased by his loving ""old"" grandma, grandpa, and 2 cousins.

There will be a celebration of Rick's life, open to all, beginning at 6:00pm, on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at PIONEER PARK, LETHBRIDGE EXHIBITION GROUNDS, 3401 Parkside Drive South, Lethbridge, Alberta.

In Loving Memory of Rick, a trust fund has been established at the Bank of Montreal
