Raymond Wood

RAYMOND PAUL WOOD of Lethbridge passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, August 20, 2012 at the age of 53 years.

Raymond was born on February 11, 1959 and came to Lethbridge from Michener Center in June of 1996. Upon his arrival in Lethbridge he began his life with his Health Care Homes Ltd. family and resided in his home until his passing. He will be sadly missed by his caregivers and friends at his home with Health Care Homes Ltd., as well as by the staff and friends at Quest Support Services Day Program.

While Raymond had no family to claim him as their own, he was a very important part of the lives of those who were associated with him. Raymond was a man of small stature but big personality and his good nature and comical antics will be hugely missed. Raymond's health had declined dramatically over the past few years and so everyone should try to think of Raymond with a smile and the knowledge that he is now free!

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am, on Friday, August 24, 2012 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 Street South, Lethbridge. Interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
