Mr. Ralph Turbitt passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the Cardston Medical Centre at the age of 76 years.

Born in Kentville Nova Scotia, he was the son of Ralph and Geraldine (McDonald) Turbitt. Ralph was a musician for 35 years playing Bass Guitar and Keyboards at various venues throughout Canada. He retired from the Department of National Defense in Ottawa as a courier/driver. Ralph loved travelling and enjoyed RVing. He liked fishing, playing pool, baseball, football and hockey.

Ralph is survived by his three daughters, Janice, Joy, and Lisa; one granddaughter; two grandsons; his best friend, Laverne Jackson; two sisters, Sharon (Ron) Butler of New Minas, Nova Scotia and Sheila (Philip) Coldwell of New Minas, Nova Scotia; three nieces, Julie (Gary) McMullin of New Minas, Nova Scotia, Angela (Scott) Lakeland of Brisbane Australia, Jennifer (John) Hammond of Brisbane, Australia; and one nephew, Shawn Coldwell of York, Ontario.

Cremation entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapels.

A private family memorial service will take place in the new year.
