Mr. Raffaele Izzo of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Anna Izzo, passed away suddenly at Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, November 9, 2015 at the age of 78 years.

Raffaele belonged to the Italian Canadian Club for many years. He worked at Cattelli as a millwright mechanic for 30 years, and he loved to cook.

He is survived by his daughter Angela (Dennis) Bevan; son Peter Izzo; grandchild Teigan (Stevie) DePooter.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Mrs. Anna Izzo.

Vigil Rites (Prayer) will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4 Street South, Lethbridge, AB led by Maureen Condon Horon.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 13, 2015 at ST. BASIL’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604 13 St. N., Lethbridge, AB, with Father Lukas Drapal, celebrant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta (Box 2211 Lethbridge, AB T1J 4K7).
