ANNABELLE CHRISTINE PRUEGGER of Lethbridge, beloved wife of William ""Bill"" Pruegger, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2012 at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 82 years.

Annabelle was born on August 17, 1929 in Winnipeg where she completed her schooling and music education and at age 17 hired as a music instructor in Winnipeg's largest music studio.

She met Bill at the music studio as a co-worker and they were married in Winnipeg on August 1, 1951. In 1954 they moved to Lethbridge to open their own studios and also where they raised their family.

Annabelle was active with her music in the First Baptist Church; in the orchestra for stage productions at the Yates; adjudicator for the Kiwanis Music Festival in Calgary and Edmonton. She advanced her music education in piano and pipe organ. She taught accordion, piano and organ in Lethbridge from 1954 to 1998 and retired due to illness.

Besides Bill, her loving husband, Annabelle is survived by her daughters Gail Slen and Lori Willams-Freeman both of Lethbridge and her granddaughter Georann Williams-Freeman also of Lethbridge. She was predeceased by her parents Bert and Rose Bradley.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 10:00am and 10:45am on Friday, January 6, 2012 followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00am at FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, 1614 - 5 Ave South, Lethbridge with Dr. Bruce Martin, officiating.
