Peter John Penner

1933 ~ 2015

Mr. Peter Penner passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, March 28, 2015 after a long illness, at the age of 82 years.

Pete was born on March 8, 1933 in Pengman, SK to John and Tina Penner. He was the oldest of six children.

He is survived by his sisters Erna (Jake) Klassen of Coaldale, AB, Leona (Ken) Driedger of Sexsmith, AB; brother Ben (Barbara) Penner of Claresholm, AB, brother-in-law Frank (Justine) Sera of Lethbridge, AB.

Pete was predeceased by his parents John & Tina; sisters Elsie Driediger & Loretta Sera; sister-in-law Helen Penner; brother in-law Al Driediger.

The family would like to thank the Sunny South Lodge and the Chinook Regional Hospital for everything they did to make Pete as comfortable as possible.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at COALDALE MENNONITE CHURCH, 2316-17 St., Coaldale, AB, with Pastor Lillian Thompson & Dr. Bruce Martin, officiating.
