After a courageous battle with cancer, Norman Winteringham, age 85, passed away at St. Mike’s Palliative Care on September 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Norm spent his working life in the oil patch across Saskatchewan and Alberta. His happiest times were spent camping and enjoying family fishing trips.
Norm leaves behind his wife, Diane, of 61 years; his daughters, Lauralea (Ron) and Toni (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Riley (Kara), Cole (Andrea), Megan, Samantha, Brittany, Brad and Jason; as well as many lifelong friends.
Norm was predeceased by his son, Doug; his parents; and siblings, Linda and Garth.
Norm’s family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Jack Ady Cancer Centre and the staff at St. Mike’s Palliative Care for their dedication and exceptional care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jack Ady Cancer Centre or to a charity of your choice.
Norman will be privately remembered by his family.
