NORMA GRACE CRAWFORD of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Larry Crawford, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2008, at the age of 83 years.

Norma was born in Bentley on September 26, 1924 and was raised in Coaldale and Bow Island. She enlisted in the Womens' Army Corps and served her Country in Ottawa during WWII. Norma has resided in Red Deer, Stettler, Eckville, Leslieville and most recently in Castor and Lethbridge.

Norma is survived by her children, Linda Luco and Jim (Darlene) Bateman, both of Lethbridge. She will also be missed by her four grandchildren, Chris Luco, Kevin Luco, Dean Bateman, and Kim (Erik) Williamson, and by great-grandchild, Cohen Williamson. She is also survived by her brother, Brant Thomas of Medicine Hat and by her sister-in-law, Pat (Ken) Verreau of Castor, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

Besides her loving husband, Norma was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Grace Thomas of Bow Island and in his youth her brother Jimmy.

At Norma's request, there will be no service. Flowers are gratefully declined. Cremation with interment to follow at a later date.
