Nick Webking

Mr. Nick Webking of Lethbridge, passed away after a short battle with cancer, at St. Michael’s Health Centre, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the age of 65 years.

Nick was born in L.A., U.S.A., to Edwin and Helen Webking, on August 15, 1960. At a young age, the family moved to Fairbanks, Alaska, for several years before settling in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Nick enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve as a young adult. He spent many years training then teaching Ninjutsu – reaching the rank of Shondan-Ho. He spent most of his adult life driving semi-truck. Nick had a love of learning, he enjoyed photography and was an avid swimmer, spending his afternoons at the pool or visiting with his friends. He also enjoyed volunteering with the Salvation Army and the Red Cross where he received several awards and accolades.

Nick is survived by his mother Helen Webking; daughter Danielle Quiring-Webking; sisters, Jenny Webking and Tanya Webking, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families. He is predeceased by his father Dr. Ed Webking.
