Mrs. R. Irene Myers of Lethbridge, dearly beloved wife of Mr. Fred Myers for 68 years, passed away peacefully at St. Therese Villa, on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at the age of 92 years.
Irene was predeceased by her parents, George and Mabel McCauley; brothers, Bill (Martha), Howard (Mabel), Dalton (Mary) and Tom; son, Frank; daughter, Barb, and granddaughter Tammy (Barber).
She is survived by daughter Pat (Wayne Barber); granddaughters Tara, Holly (Cameron), Kathleen (Dan), Ella (Brady), Lindsay (Jason) and Jody (David), great grandchildren, Ethan, Leah, Alli, Katelyn and Makena
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm, on Monday, October 28, 2019 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
Inurnment will take place in Ottawa at a later date.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family, Box 2211, Lethbridge, Alberta T1J 1A3.
