Muriel Johnson

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in Lethbridge on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at the age of 92, beloved wife of the late George Johnson.

Mickey is survived by her son Wayne (Barb) Barry Heinrich; 2 granddaughters Sherri Heinrich and Chelsey Heinrich; 2 great-grandchildren Taryn and Tyson; one sister Margaret in BC; sister-in-law Helen Priest of Chilliwack, BC; several nieces and nephews and a very special nephew Wally Heinrich of Orillia, ON. She was predeceased by her first husband, Samuel Heinrich and her second husband George Johnson, along with her step daughter Bev Henderson (Johnson) both of whom brought much happiness into Mickey's life, her parents and 3 brothers. Also she was predeceased by her very special friend and companion for 12 years Tom Chumik of Lethbridge. They traveled, they laughed, they danced and enjoyed their life together.

Cremation in Martin Bros Chapel of Peace. At Mickey's request a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made directly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, #207, 542 - 7 Street South, Lethbridge, AB.
