MRS. NATASHA MORTIMER (nee Moore) of Lethbridge passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at the age of 35 years.

She was born on June 7, 1976 in Pembroke, Ontario. She is survived by her beloved husband Dr. Shane Mortimer. Loving mother of Hannah Rae and Mackenzie Paige, parents Phil and Audrey Moore, brother Tyler Moore, grandmothers Margaret Bowes and Claire Moore, in-laws Tex and Bunny Mortimer, brother-in-law Spencer (Colleen) Mortimer, nephew Thomas and niece Justine.

Natasha grew-up in Wetaskawin, Alberta. She attended the U of A, graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with honours. She enjoyed teaching nursing at NorQuest College. While in Edmonton, she met and married her husband Shane Mortimer Oct 6, 2001. They moved to Lloydminster the same year. While in Lloydminster, they had their first child Hannah Rae. After 3 years they relocated to Lethbridge. They had their 2nd daughter Mackenzie Paige. Natasha was the nurse and office manager for her husband's surgical practice. Natasha enjoyed quilting, stamping, going on dive holidays with her husband, being a girl guide leader and spending time with her family. She will be missed by her family, friends and all those whose lives she impacted as a dedicated and compassionate nurse.

Vigil Rites (Prayers) will be held at 7:00 pm on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South, Lethbridge, led by Deacon Michael Pollard.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, August 29, 2011 at ST. MARTHA'S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 355 Columbia Blvd. West, Lethbridge, with Father Fernando Genogaling, celebrant.

Interment at Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge, Alberta.
