Mr. Michael Swan of Lethbridge, beloved partner to Tanya Weder, and father to Grace Fooks, passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the age of 50 years.
Cremation has been entrusted to Martin Brothers Riverview Chapel.
