Michael Furgason

MICHAEL TAYLOR GRANT FURGASON of Lethbridge, beloved son of Gordon and Valerie Furgason, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2010 at the age of 17 years.

Michael is also survived by his sister Kelly-Rae McGrath, grandparents Ken and Barb Furgason, grandmother Carol Olsen, uncles Doug (Tammy) Furgason and Glen Furgason, aunts Carissa (Byron) Olsen, Stephanie Demedeiros, Connie (Terry) Waddle, Destiny (Tomas) Svennes, and Karla Blackplume, his nephew Zachary Aldridge, as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Michael was born in Lethbridge, December 5, 1992. He spent the majority of his life in Lethbridge. He moved to Sherwood Park in recent years but always considered Lethbridge his home. He had a kind, gentle nature and an enormous heart full of generosity. He enjoyed swimming and soccer as a young child as well as Tae Kwon Do. He was a talented artist who loved music and drawing. Michael was spiritual and in search of peace. He is at peace now. He will be forever loved and missed.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 16, 2010 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South, Lethbridge, with Bishop Doug Wilde, officiating.

Interment at Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge, Alberta.
